Consultant/Engineer PAM

Full-time

M / F / D

We are always looking for new Engineers or Consultants – depending on whether your strengths lean more toward technical implementation or toward developing concepts with clients at the whiteboard. If you want to put your engineering mindset and technical skills to work in PAM installation and configuration, and take them to the next level, join our Deployment Team. If you are more interested in conceptual work and enjoy requirements engineering as much as PowerPoint and Visio, work with us as a PAM Consultant to develop new solution architectures.

Privileged Access Management (PAM) in all its forms is one of the cornerstones of our success. Joining us as a PAM Consultant or Engineer, you will already have had some initial exposure to PAM solutions, and we will help you deepen your expertise with leading vendors such as BeyondTrust and Delinea, as well as innovative challengers like Senhasegura. Personal development is a key part of the role: vendor-neutral certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, or CISM are expected, and continuous professional development is a matter of course for us – fully funded and supported off the job, for example through qSkills.

Requirements

  • You have a university degree (Diplom, BA, MA, BSc, or MSc) and have had initial exposure to, or can demonstrate experience with, one or more PAM tools.
  • Or you have a relevant vocational qualification (e.g. FISI, FIAE, or similar), are confident in working with PAM tools, and bring at least 5 years of experience as an IT administrator with Microsoft AD/Azure, Linux, and complex LDAP environments.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have very good German skills, both written and spoken, as many of our mid-sized clients primarily operate in German.

What we offer

  • Training and certification in one primary and one secondary PAM tool – always up to date and never outdated.
  • Mandatory training and certifications that actively increase your market value (CISSP, CCSP, CISA, or CISM), as well as educational leave when needed, for example to attend events such as the CCC Congress.
  • Exciting projects and changing responsibilities based on your strengths – with continuous challenges that support your personal growth and long-term employability.
  • Compensation that is genuinely aligned with your performance and prior experience, with clear opportunities to increase it as your learning curve and project success grow.
  • No fruit basket, unfortunately 😊 – but up to 100% remote work, unless a client requests an on-site presence for a kickoff meeting or status update.
  • An expense card that allows you to use the maximum tax-free allowance for employee benefits we can provide (or, put differently: exactly the kind of “fruit basket” you actually want at home).
    * Currently this amounts to €44 per month.
  • The option to join workations in attractive locations (so far: Madeira and Split).

Location

Anywhere in the DACH region would be ideal, but as long as you are in the CET time zone ±1 hour, we are happy.

Workload

We are looking for a full-time employment arrangement of 40 hours per week, but part-time is also possible.

Why work with us

Because together, we can save the world from the security apocalypse.
