Customer / Consumer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) is at the heart and origin of the umbrella tribe, in both B2B and B2C environments – whether with German or international vendors, as long as it is SaaS 😉. Joining us as a Consultant or Engineer for CIAM, you will already have had some initial exposure to CIAM solutions, and we will help you develop your expertise with leading providers such as Okta CIC (Auth0) and cidaas, as well as innovative challengers like CoffeeBean, Transmit Security, and others. Personal development is a core part of the role: vendor-neutral certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, or CISM are expected, and continuous learning is simply part of who we are – fully funded and supported off the job, for example through qSkills.

• You have a university degree (Diplom, BA, MA, BSc, or MSc) in an IT-related field.
• You have already had exposure to CIAM as an in-house operator, external consultant, or in a PreSales role – ideally with demonstrable experience in configuring and operating a CIAM solution.

• You have a relevant vocational qualification (e.g. FISI, FIAE, or similar), are confident working with and administering CIAM solutions, and bring at least 5 years of experience as a software developer for web applications and similar environments.
• You read SAML and OAuth configurations the way others read the daily news, and FIDO2 and passkeys are familiar territory to you.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have very good German skills, both written and spoken, as many of our mid-sized clients operate only in German.

• Training and certification in one primary and one secondary CIAM tool – always state of the art and never outdated.
• Mandatory training and personal certifications that actively increase your market value (CISSP, CCSP, CISA, or CISM), as well as educational leave when needed, for example to attend events such as the CCC Congress.
• Exciting projects and changing responsibilities based on your strengths – with ongoing challenges that support your personal growth and long-term employability.

We are looking for a full-time employment arrangement of 40 hours per week, but part-time is also possible.
